Woden Valley Youth Choir

We are honoured to announce the WVYC will be performing at our carols.

We are grateful to the WVYC for their ongoing support to our local community - since 1969!

Australian Rugby Choir

We are also grateful to the Australian Rugby Choir for supporting our events. They sing at rugby matches and other community and charitable events and we reckon they are fantastic.

This picture was taken at the 2022 Music by the Pond event in Mawson.

Pachamama

A local band that supports our community by playing fun South American music at our events. Come along and check them out, they will get your hips moving!

This photo was taken at the Chifley Neighbourhood Day.

Pretty in Punk

This Canberra College band is terrific.

We really enjoyed listening to them at Woden’s 60th.

Pretty in Punk will play the last set at the Christmas carols and are more likely to appeal to the younger audience.

The photo was taken by David Pang at Woden’s 60th.

2022 Carols on the Square

PCYC’s fund raiser “Dare to Plunge” – abseiling and ziplining off Lovett Tower and Festival of the Ferrari's Woden Town Square - 11am 2nd December to 3pm 4th December 2022.

Your contribution will support the Canberra PCYC case management team help young people and their families build positive futures. The PCYC use hands-on, high adrenaline activities, education and vocational skills, and social skills training to divert young people from the justice system. The low cost sport and recreation programs are run out of their Erindale Centre and provide an inclusive environment, sense of belonging and an increase in health and mental well-being for vulnerable members of our community.

Recent years have been tough for the PCYC so please get behind this non-profit organisation that has supported our community since 1957.

I have signed up to fund raise so if you would like to support the PCYC please consider doing it through my fund raising page at www.mycause.com.au/p/298063/fiona-carrick

On 4 December there will be 75 Ferraris on display along with food stalls, displays and a LIVE CONCERT with award winning artist Paul Costa! Don’t miss the games for the smaller kids and much, much more!

Cheers Fiona
